Shipping & Returns
Delivery within Europe are handled by GLS/DHL. Orders placed & paid before 22:00 CET (on business days) will be shipped on the same day. Delivery outside of The Netherlands can take up to 2-3 business days after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Shipping costs will be calculated in the checkout process based on the country of your shipping address.
Although we take great care in the shipping of your order, it is possible that a product breaks down, or that we accidently ship out the wrong product.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product to us. You will then be credited with the total amount, including shipping costs. You only need to pay the shipping costs to return the item to the webshop. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will, with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging, be returned to the manufacturer. In order to exercise this right, please contact us at email@example.com We will then refund the owed amount within 14 days from the registration of your return, provided the product is received in good condition.
Unstamped shipments will not be accepted. For a quick handling of your complaint, you must include a copy of the invoice and state the reason for the return.
